ANSI Food Manager Certification

The ANSI/CFP Food Manager Certification is the national standard for the Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) credential required by the FDA Food Code and adopted by most state retail-food codes. The exam must be delivered by an ANSI/CFP-accredited provider (NRFSP, ServSafe International, Prometric, AboveTraining, 360training, and others). Passing the ANSI-accredited exam satisfies CFPM requirements in any jurisdiction that adopts the Food Code.
