ServSafe Allergen

ServSafe Allergen is the NRA's allergen-awareness course built around the Big 9 allergens (milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut, peanut, wheat, soy, sesame) and the FDA Food Code's allergen-protection framework. The course trains staff on cross-contact prevention, label reading, guest communication, and what to do during an allergic reaction. It does not replace ServSafe Manager but is widely required as a complement for line cooks and servers.
